Definitely chain driven but to me the cats are after the turbo.. from these pics you can't see the header pipes to the turbo :( I agree, highly unlikely the cat before the turbo. Looks like exhaust manifold reversed to exit stage left rather than right as per the unturbo'd XV. Compare with <http://...
