Hilux is the same pattern as Falcon and Magna - 114.3x5 IIRC? Offset is massively different between pre-AU and AU-BF. Prados are 6 stud, the same bolt pattern as a Rodeo ute. They are a popular rim in the minitruck world... There is a possibility that camrys use the same pattern? Corollas and MR2s u...

Sorry fellas.. it was a combination of being rather angry with car/previous owner and habit on 'other' forums (ford forums, yer, dans a bogan :p). BUT it was my fault, I shouldn't have done it and I own up to my actions. Sorry once again ay Note on the topic, yes it is possible to censor out the wor...

I would definatly not attatching the winch to that sort of roo bar , It would very likly just bend it, if it were a bumper replacement type you would or should be ok. Can I ask how you are driving at the ripe old age of 15. Hmm, yeah I was reading through some old threads last night (learned to use...

Nah, his issue is the unit extends out too much and the gearstick hits the screen - meaning he either can't use the screen or can't use 1st, 3rd and 5th gears :p Am I correct? I think your best options would be to bend the gearstick back a bit, like previously mentioned, or do what I was originally ...

Now I've got a few quick questions on some things that I 'need' to buy in the next couple of weeks... I need to be 'self-sufficient' in offroading, and getting myself out of sticky situations. I've bought a snatch strap off eBay last night, which is 10m x 60mm, rated to 8tonne.. while it might not b...

G'day, thought I'd introduce myself and my Subaru... and scrounge advice off some of the wiser blokes here - =D My names Dan, I'm 15.. and this subaru is my second project car. After owning an EA and realising there was more to thrashing a car then limestone tracks, I looked into getting a 4wd, I ha...

The 27's require good springs and some fender trimming though. An important question no one has asked it what size is the lift kit your getting. 27 inch tyres are likely to scrub with a 2 inch kit.... also is it going to be a primary offroader or daily driver?? I'm looking into liftkits and tyres a...

Yep, sure am looking forward to doing the heater core.. if its as much fun in the subaru's as it is in XF falc's then i...

Yeah I found my problem by accident today, my car *almost* overheated, and happened to make alot of tappet noise at the same time... so yep, figured the previous owner was a 'silly boy' and there was no oil, but yep, there was still full oil in there (albeit pretty burnt, its 20w50 according to the ...
