Wanted good cond. ej22 complete

Dose anyone in sa have a complete ej22 they want to get rid of? Don't really want to pay a lot as it's a massive gamble buying a motor you can't here running :/

I paid $140 cause my mate works at industrial springs, subawreak sell the same springs for $198 a pair but I'm sure if you gave industrials a call they would do them cheaper then that, they are only 30mm-40mm higher then standard, i gainned about 70mm cause my old springs were pretty sagged, the cv ...

Would bad blow buy make my engine run rough all the time, loss of power and shooting oil up regularly not just every now and then? And what would fix the blow buy issue? Rebuild?

I used some 30-40mm h/d raised springs from industrial springs in Adelaide ended up with 70mm of lift cv angels look fine my old springs where pretty sagged though.

And can I block the PVC valve pipes off for now? The pipes that go from the rocker cover into the air intake? That's where the oils coming from

Sure did! :) I fitted some lifted springs over the weekend aswell so iv gained a heap of clearance, nice fat tyres are gonna be awesome down the beach!

Mine is the mpfi ea82 will it still have this little flappy things in the intake pipes? I didn't see them when I was cleaning the oil out of them?

I put some 30-40mm heavy duty raised springs from industrial springs in Adelaide, made the car handle 100x better on rough tracks, haven't had it wheel aligned yet but you can get ajustiable camber/caster strut tops from k-mac there $450 a pair though

I had the subaru in some sand on the weekend and had this same issue was going up a sand hill in 2nd gear at 4500rpm and it sucked oil into the motor through the intake only lost about 500mm of oil. Got a trip planned soon so I really want to figure out why this is happening. :/

Biggest tyres on a Stock l series

Got myself some 14" speedys today I want to know what's the biggest tyre size I can get away with without and guard bashing? I'm currently running 185/65r14's mainly use it on the beach so I'm only after a highway tyre

Oil filter looked quite dirty iv cleaned out my intake pipes, mas and put in a new air filter, been checking it daily and it's still clean so it must have been the angle or the filter being dirty cheers for the replys :)

Found a bloke in Adelaide subawreak his making them aswell but at $850 :/ seems alil rich to me but there approved cheers for the replies will give them ago! :)

So I had my wagon down a creek bed today testing her out. I had the front right down in a hole and the rear left right up in the air so I got out to get a few photos and left it running then I drove out And I noticed a big trail of oil! Maxxis are good for us soobie lovers as they make offroad tyres in the smaller sizes, you can get the MA-751 AT in a 27/8.5r14 but when but some places say there "unavailable" in aus, but if you go to an actual maxxis dearler they can get them.

I went into my local bob Jane And dynamic still make a 14" soobie wheel, I dont know what the offsets like I'll soon find out when I get them there $70 each.
