Brake switch

I'm an idiot, I was trying to force a bracket and destroyed my brake switch. Any one got a spare one, preferrably around perth. It's off a gen 3 liberty but it's probably the same as some impreza's, gen 2 liberty's and probably others. Two sets of contacts I think, one N/o and one N/C. Can anyone he...

yeah, I've been meaning to make a thread. I'll try and post some stuff over the next week.

Run the engine several times and had it up to temperature, all seems good.

Still getting the P1570 Antenna fault occassionally as I tidy the wiring. Hoping I've got a dodgy connection somewhere

P1570 Immobilzer fault

I'm trying to start an 2000 EJ25 in my Volkswagen. I'm getting P1570 Antenna fault. Diagnostics are pointing towards the immobiliser control unit but I'm not convinced. It colud be wiring but I've checked that lots of times. Anybody got any ideas? Does anyone know how to bypass the subi immobiliser?...

2003 Forester Window Switch/Motor

Helping a mate tomorrow who's drivers window is stuck down on his 2003 Forester. I've got a motor out of a legacy that looks the same but I'm betting on it being a wiring or switch fault. Does anyone have a Drivers door window switch module for sale? I might need a motor as well if mine doesn't fit....

Thanks for the encouragement guys, When I bought the car I was happy with the front end damage, the radiator hadn't pushed back to the engine and it looked like the radiator fans had taken the impact and broken to pieces. I'm thinking now that the damage to the cam was more due to the fact it was ro...

Thanks for the reply. Just been watching some video's I made and it does seem a bit rough/shakey at idle, I thought this might be due to the big exhaust and it needing a good service. I've bought a new cam pulley as the existing one has a slight dent in it, so I am concerned how hard the camshaft wa...

EJ25 Timing Belt Alignment

Tying to get started on my project to put an EJ25 into my Volkswagen transporter, but proceeding with caution. MY EJ25 came out of a 2000 Liberty that had had a front end impact. The radiator fans had pushed back into the cam cover. I ran the engine and drove it round the block a couple of times bef...

Mr RSR55, nice looking bus, would love to get out in the dunes someday. Ours is used loads off-road, I'm constantly amazed of the places we get to, we love it. I've owned 8 of these buses over the last 12 years but the syncro is by far the best, the EJ25 will make it even better. Kenn to get it inst...
