No worries mate. You can still drive your subi without the rear diff - remove the two drive shafts, diff and half of the two piece tail shaft. im looking at getting some rear 2wd sedan struts for my Lwagon in australia Part numbers... So what size would you think comes in 25"? you'll just have to start serching the only one i know that is close is the 185/75/R14 maxxis bravo 753 MT witch is 25.5 inch.. just search online and look up specs im sure there would be an 25" A/T somewhere.. if your unsure what the overall size will be ...

Also I shaved my output stubs by 7mm to make installing/removing the driveshafts easier. I also carried a spare set incase one snapped - I've seen the WA boys do that before...
