Does your heater work well? if not, have you checked the heater core for blockages. These cores can also when blocked or restricted cause overheating. To check, disconnect hoses at firewall and using a suitable pipe join them together and bypass the heater core. You will know for sure after you driv...

Bosch 070 is a general purpose high volume fuel pump that will work very well, it too is about $150, a 2nd hand pump for me is no option, if you want reliability, always buy new on perishable parts.

The cv's from Kempsey are crap, l've broken them and had bearings disintergrate in them and nearly all have done this under 12 months, try to get him to replace them without an arguement, anyway l got sick of doing this so l bought a set of Turner's from Andrew Medieke's on Hastings River Drive and ...

I have checked this with the RTA tech engineers in Sydney so l know it to be correct for NSW and what l had to do to be legal. If the replacement motor is identicle to the motor originally supplied to the vehicle in question on compliance, no certificate is ness. This leaves open reco and secondhand...

Painting plastic, rub it back with wet/dry, anything up from 400 grit will do, clean with wax/grease remover & paint with plastic primer. rub back again, clean, mask, whatever, to ready for top coat. l become unsure here as l have not painted plastic in 15 years and paints have changed, but then, yo...

Brumby's came standard with a little plate bolted under the front rail that hangs on either side to act as tow points. Look under the area where your front bumper bolts to the car, these mounts also bolt on so a previos owner may have turfed them.

Gannon, l'm not sure you would get away with a light hone, one of those cylinders looks pretty rusty, to echo what others have said, spend the money and get it done properly, or at the very least, if you choose to do the job yourself, remove the pistons if only to check the rings and to keep the cra...
