Only info I have is that it is 5 speed, 23 splines coming out each side and a low/high range rod on top of it. Most likely it's an ea82 gearbox rather than an 81 then I guess. So har...

Yeah I have the kuhmo 28" tyres on all 4. Yeah I've only been putting it into 4x4 while on the bitumen to see if it's working so maybe I need to really give it a go on the dirt. Now that you mention it, it only felt like rear wheel drive while low and high were engaged. In one way I hope your right ...

Brumby no 2wd
Hi y'all, firstly I'll just say I've tried searching for the answer for endless hours but can't seem to find the info I need. Anyway firstly my car is a 2" lifted Brumby which has an ej22 motor and I think an ea81 5-speed manual . Well it has the rod that engages low and high range running along the...

From a fridgey
First thing to do is have a mate sit in the car and sitting the throttle at about 2 thousand revs. Obviously neutral, windows up, bonnet open. Get him to switch the a/c on as you watch the compressor. When switched on the front of the compressor will pull in therefore starting the cooling process (c...

And this is the access to where the bolt goes into- Not sure why but my photos are coming out sideways from my library but if you tilt your head the right way you can see it's completely sealed. Once I rectify this problem, should I strengthen this rig by welding steel between ...

Snapped bolt for 2" lift kit on brumby
Hi everyone, firstly I'd like to say thanks for being apart of this forum. I've got an insane amount of info on all sorts of topics. If anyone can help me out on this next problem though that would be grand! I have a 2" lift on my Brumby I've just bought and I've found that one of the rear passenger...

Lift kit and steering
If it is a steal lift kit tak weld in a suitable spot to stop it moving or flexing. It should not effect the front camber and castor if installed correctly Hi Matt, I'm new to all this but if I could ask a question about your rig "Claudia" any info would be sweet. Yeah so I'm in the same boat with ...
