What is that? 6mm steel? Because that wont be weak as anything. People snatch off bits of 6mm plate in the bigger 4wd's. ideally they Bolt the recovery hooks to 6mm chassis rails anyway. I suspect youll pull the captive nuts out of the body before doing any damage to the SJR Kit. $700 is farking rid...

It cant be slipping to bad if the wheels still spin.

Anyone know the Specs on the HD compared to a SD clutch for the L anyway ?

L's and MY's are a cable operated clutch yes. but they are infact a Push clutch. they don't get designated by how the fork gets moved, like your thinking. Move the pedal out first then in ? They click in when u first press the pedal. im sure the ones ive done have been like that, i do realise it pul...

nothing beats experience in our job mate.

sometimes with DOHC's you can get some Grips and clamp the Cam pulleys together before taking the old belt off, especially helpful when doing them solo.

Lseries axles with either an MY Outer CV put on, or installing the Lseries hubs and bigger brakes with them.

Tie Rod ends also need a bit of work to find one a bit longer.

also the Radius Rods.

Diff hanger should be straight.

Are you 100% that both Cams and the Crank are lined up perfectly ?

my guess would be one of the Camwheels is out one tooth going on previous experience.

I did tell you matt when we had this problem ages ago to drill a new hole into the side of the thermostat.

Cutting the jiggler out will do the exact same thing to. (after all thats where all the air was sitting last time)
