I remember seeing an rb30 and wondering that.

There was a thread on usmb years ago ( like 8 years ago) where someone did a flow vs pressure test on various ea injectors. Dunno if it would still be there.

Scoobidoo was bragging at some stage years ago that he had got to the limit of the EA82 ECU and injectors and rigged a fuel injector into the centre of his pod filter and had it come on at 10psi via pressure switch.
I had a dig at him about it, hence his hostility at my catch can in this thread

Thats exactly how mine was constructed, but I see your point about the one way valve to stop air rising through the rear block vent. Looking at it now I should have set it up more like factory so that fresh air comes in one side of the engine and the mixed air goes through the separator, but with on...

I missed this thread the other day.
I suspect that once at operating temperature, the water should be a vapour and make its way into the intake. My catch can was on top of the engine so was always plenty warm.

While talking injectors, I advise that at any time you remove an injector or fuel rail that you replace the fuel hose. I had the driver side rear injector hose split and spray fuel all over the engine, lucky it wasnt all over the hot turbo

If you dont use a TCU, you will always have a check engine light because the ECU and TCU have a communication bus between them and cannot be imitated. This is the reason for keeping the TCU and the resistors on the circuit board are for fooling the TCU so it can communicate with the ECU and keep the...

It has a pressure switch so if you connected it to a pressure holding tank, you could vary the required flow using your nozzles and the pump will cycle on and off, keeping the pressure relatively constant.

Im almost tempted to get it myself

A diff out of any Outback, Forester or Impreza of similar age should fit, providing the diff ratio is the same.

Find out your ratio, and then find a diff with the same ratio.
