OMG I never knew it did that! Tried it and it works beautifully! Love it!
Not that you need it in a Brumby... I warm my feet up then keep it on the demister and it keeps the car very warm.

That does sound like it would be pinging if it changes with timing. Blackwood Dyno tune (repco authorised) charge $140 ish an hour for the dyno. They did an alright job and have an exhaust gas analyser. Might be worth seeing what you can find out

Sounds like you should have put a 2H in it. Those things will run on 2/6 cylinders and unlike a subaru motor you don't have to worry about or fix your problems straight away lol Love an old 2H toyota diesel! Old school LPG tuning says no more than total advance of 28 DBTDC for sixes and eghts at least. 40 sounds like a beer too many somewhere.... When Mudking91 had his r31 he was running on dedicated gas which meant he could advance the timing massively. It is suggested that he could go as far as 40 degrees BTDC
