Cheers Fellas. Bennie she has had a respray at some stage in her life. I also didn't know that 1981 Brumby fuglies came with an EA81 and dual range from factory. She now has another 1981 Brumby sister to play with :-) Canopy is ugly but it adds to the whole fugly charm I reckon. http://ausubaru.com....

Mounting the 4WD rear end is easy as the the mouning holes are already there throught the first sheet ...

Willys Fuglicious 1981 Brumby

Sorry I've neglected the forum of late. Not sure if this is the right area for this post, but cant find a members ride area of such. For those who haven't seen her yet, I'd like to introduce the latest member of Scuderia Fisterbottom, a 1981 Fugly Brumby. She is factory EA81 and dual range 4WD, thes...

Congratulations Steppy. It will only bother me if one day I ad this Brumby to my collection and have to scrape all that crap off after putting the Weber in the bin.

^^ don't mind him, you'll hear those with better engineering background than your average tinkerer sprout this stuff they learned - [theory, not practice] " a gasket (if it's any good) was not made to use any sealant, rant, rant rant" . Heard it all before and it bloody echoes in the back of my head...

Gaskets go on without sealant, if anything use a bit of grease so they dont tear if you need to take the carby back off and you can re-use them .
