minimum tailshaft yoke clearance ?
Hi guys - just wondering what is the minimum clearance I could get away with when fitting a one piece tailshaft. If my calculations are correct a 6speed shaft will be 20mm longer than the ideal length for my Brumby conversion. Now I can tweak the wheel base a little (say 5-10mm) so the shaft will be...

Made by one of the old members on here who I don't think makes them any more, or even gets on here either. Looking for $50. C...

Yeah Ken (niterida) is closer but don't think he travels that way very often, where as WayneO travels in to Gero quite a bit. I've only just seen this thread - yeah I am closer but don't ever go that way. But if you need me to go check them out and get any info or bits then let me know - its only 4...

Oh no! does that mean if my twin port EA81 makes more than 15% more power than a stock EA81 I need to get it engineered!? Fat chance of that happening  Oh but you said SA is the only state that doesn't follow the NCOP rules? We probably have some even more mind bending, confusing an...

As far as I understand Victoria also use the NCOP so you can definitely put an EJ20T or EJ25T (Forester came out with EJ25T didn't they ?) since they were a factory option. And since an EJ20T puts out 150kw and EJ22 only puts out 100kw (or thereabouts) you can still put one in since they have less t...

Doesn't matter about % power increase - he has changed engine type (EA to EJ) so it must be engineered. Basically if it is not a factory option engine then it must be engineered. The % power allowance only applies if you put a bigger engine from the same family into a car that didn't have it as an o...
