Not nearly as far away as I could have been. Will get all philosophical some other time but suffice to say I wasn't quite prepared to give up my life for someone else’s dream. Though the brief experience was well worth it. Thus I should like to be present at your little gathering, should it still be...

'Tis the end of an era! Sorry to hear she must go Maidens will lament the loss and bards will sing of the mighty Wonder Brumby for generations to come. Cranbrook folklaw has not escaped unscathed by the stars of pleiades. Many a late night, scun knuckle and head scratching has been devoted to each i...

EA turbos (and mpfi's) have a 1.192:1 low range gearset and have 25 spline cv stubs. NA carbie box's have a 1.592:1 low range and 23 spline cv stubs. If you do swap the front casings then you can use an ej clutch/flywheel. Big win straight away imho. Though it will have to be NA, the only useful par...

Put me down for the front struts. And what size disc's do the twin piston fronts suit? Discs as well or are you keeping them for your bus? If you want 'em out of the way throw them in the white lib in burnie and I'll shoot you some $$$. Doubt I'll make it that direction for a while (like Christmas) ...

Square vertical 2 pin connector?

Haven't played with an ea(t) for a while but pretty sure that its for the idle air control system. Its jsut mounted ontop of the thermostat housing to heat the air.

82t's have a similar setup so check out info on this motor.

If you liked dismantling the L box, just wait 'till you do a lib!

Imho the most usefull part of that box is the low range gearset.

Just an extra note, if you want to put the 1.592 low range into a liberty box with the liberty internals you will need to lathe down the low range selector ring about 2mm. The liberty crown wheel is physically slightly larger than its ea predecessor. Third the easier/cheaper using the ej front housi...

Don't like the sound of this Jarrod... I have grill, headlights, indicators, bonnet and radiator support panel all in Burnie. For what its worth the donor was white as well. If you intend to go turbo down the track then it may pay to pick up the turbo radiator support panel. Its a bit deeper to allo...

For the most part things went quite well, few issues to sort out but nothing we can't handle. While some of us were happy to work, others decided to test the maximum capacity of their bbq's and eveyone's stomach! Thank you Ben. Overall I reckon Josh will be stoked. Massive thanks to Mick (tassieraid...

The Biege Beast...

... HAS GONE! 'tis the begining of a new era. The new owner certainly has their work cut out for them, complemented with a fair jag of enthusiasm and technical now how. Hopefully they just as much fun with it as I have. More importantly (for my mind) its going to good use. Refered him here as well, ...

Visiting.

Making the most of time off and coming over to your gorgeous islands for the month of January. Few questions, what the go on buying/selling cars? Registration/roadworthy, etc. Would like to buy/rent an early lib wagon to get around in whilst I'm there. Possible? Probable? Have relatives in NZ so can...
