Really depends on what you want to do, from your original list it looks like your going hiking? But your friends don't want to camp? I might be a little (lot!) bias, but if your going to these places then they desrve more than a day trip. If your into cheese, then there's the Lactos factory in Burni...

Only weekends free for me between now and next feb are the 22/23 Nov and 6/7 Dec. Shakespear's is a nice track, there is...

Needed: A miracle
Ok, maybe not quite. So the story is I need to mod some rear coilovers to fit into the Gen1 lib, originally for a Gen3 (I think) --> L series. Now these are fully adjustable, the legs screw off. March along to a random metal work place that says " we wont touch that, take it to '---', he's really go...

the best advice I can give is to put an ej motor + awd box in it, even an ej18 is head and shoulders above an ea82. In all seriousness, whip off the oil filler cap when its running and put your hand over the tube to feel for excess blowby, check the inside of the cap for coffee whilst your there. Gi...

'Twas a big weekend, massive kudos for all those who got their hands dirty, bbq'ed, and threw rocks in my exhuast. :) Particular thanks to subelover's missus for putting up with us grubby, smelly males! The beast even goes. About 1/2 hour after you left Adz managed to figure out that the crank and c...

OK. Freycinet. This weekend. The general plan of attack for Bluesteel and myself was to head up friday arvo. Camp somewhere around here. Have a bit of a wander around Freycinet, maybe Mt Amos (great views of wineglass bay) or wineglass itself. Go motoring down some tracks in the afternoon, very keen...

Thanks Guys, KYB's were the prefered option, but I've never used the monroes so thought i would ask. Never used one set of kyb's for long enough to give them a just assesment either. Did notice the difference in part no's between early and latter L, didn't have both in stock so couldn't physically c...

Shock comparison. KYB - Monroe
Anyone got any thing good or bad to say about either of these shocks?
KYB Excel g's and the Monroe Super Sport?
Price is very similar for both after a nice discount (thank you subelover)
Any details about rebadging, manufacture, etc most welcome.
