When an EFI stalls, it can as Toonga said, flood The ECU has a built feature that if you floor the accelerator while you turn the key, it assumes the engine is flooded and will adjust its mixture to make it easier to start. As soon as the engine fires, immediately lift your foot off the accelerator...

hey ausubaru ive got a little quirk with my wrx and was hoping you guys could point me in the right direction to solve it. basically i stalled the car at the lights (in peak hour) the other day, was just a little too quick with the clutch, but then the car wouldn't start again when i turned the key....

lookin pretty good. im guessing it was fairly new at the time. lovin the graphics.

my plans atm are to head up to wedge for fri/sat for a surf and a ride on the quad. but then plan to be home for the wrx cruise on sun.
