Trust me, they are on a big block in a very out of the way street and could have been hidden further from the street, I think maybe trying to protect them but a long time ago, the drivers window is 1/4 way down on the side the weather comes from. Paul has the business name and address which I suppos...

Hmmm, I'd just say don't go back ............ but seriously have you tried 1st then reverse, it's a pretty common fix on the 5 speed WRX's boxes and they are all pretty much the same inside, but more than likely a selector fork is bent or it could be something as simple as a worn rubber bush under t...

Yeah I figured he would be the closest, or the twin engined Brumby (a little closer) they look like they have been sitting for years but under some cover and shaded by big trees, it's a Bed & Breakfast and they are sitting on the edge of the block, I haven't got your email addy, only skype but downl...

Yes they do.......personally I think it should be the other way around because it sounds better but back in the old days most cars had \ / positive camber. As a point of interest I came across 2 silver wagons identical to yours sitting under a tarp and camouflage sheet a week or so ago, unfortunatel...

Brumby at Pickles, great parts car
As above, looks like it was a nice unit that's been stripped but the tailgate, interior and most other bits look pretty good, probably go for a $100 or so.

Can't tell you if it will work in the G3 but I'm guessing you want to swap so you can put the single cam into the Brumby, not sure if you know it but the twin cam 2.5's are notorious for doing head gaskets around the 200,000k mark so if there isn't any evidence of them being done I would change them...

I'm pretty sure they are both 100pcd with a 48ish offset so the only difference will be 10mm wider on each side and a fraction higher so stick your hand up between the strut and the tyre to make sure you have enough clearance. Personally I think these are way overpriced & I wouldn't pay any more tha...

I bought a set of male and female torx from eBay a couple of months ago, both sets were less than $30 and in oz, pretty sure they were both Kinchrome. Like the dick I am - these were like the first ones I bought.........Wrong!!! http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/8PC-STAR-SOCKET-TORX-SOCKET-SET-NEW-/1511540...

I haven't fitted them yet but I also bought some of the flat square hard wired ones so I can see what my 330w solar panels on the Transit are chucking out and what's in my 320ah working batteries at a glance as the regulator is in a cupboard. They seem to top up to 13.1 even though I'm punching 14.7...

Snap up a couple of these, I bought some about 6 months ago and they let you know how you're charging when driving and what's in the battery with just accessories on. You can pick up 5 delivered for less than $15. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/12V-24V-LED-Display-Digital-Auto-Car-Volt-Meter-Monitor-Veh...

Another cheap old trick is to drain your oil and shove 4L of diesel fuel in there (not oil) I did t5his with my off road WRX after it sat for 4yrs and it cleaned out everything, it went from ticking like a bomb to a Swiss watch. Start with the engine cold and let it warm up for about 15min giving it...
