They are (very) hard to find - I recall them being still available from Subaru, cannot recall the $$$ though.

I made one using flexible hose, clamps and t-junctions - worked just fine.

And everyone has a 'friend' who like s to 'help'!!

If you looking to quit the car and sell it with a clear conscience, have second hand motor fitted with a 30 day (limited) warranty. OR Spend the $$$ on a rebuilt motor, and keep the car and enjoy OR Go the EJ option… If you spend $2.5K you will be doing well sell the car for that, even with the low ...

Old skool ICE

ICE = in Car Entertainment

Remember back in the day when this would have been cool?

Amp > EQ > Receiver > tape deck

The output jack bottom right was for a remote control - fancy!

FS: L-Series wagon ADEL with all the goodies

Spotted this in my travels

Located at Stonecraft, bottom of Mooringe Ave and Morhpett Road, opposite the Caltex.

Lifted / rear tyre carrier / 14 inch sunnies / tint / bullbar / deep burgundy duco in good nick - obviously well loved

*think* it has $2.5K on it - worth a look if you were in the market

Jindabyne / Alpine region what to see & do??

I am going to Canberra in a month's time for a conference. Am hiring a car to travel to Wodonga to catch up with some old friends - thought I would make a trip of it and go via Jindabyne, having never been to the high country. So, on a time poor adventure (2 days?), any tips from the locals? What to...

It's a Parma and that's all that needs to be said on this topic! Cheers Bennie Ordered a 'parmy' at the Young & Jackson pub Flinders St in Melbourne Saturday - man was I chastised by the (extremely hot) bar maid and then the toothless St Kilda supporters around the bar at the time - 'is parma over ...

At least I think it was Giles anyway :oops: Many months ago (years even?) you mentioned that you are an agent for Sodick wire EDM machines, and I said we have one where I work. At the time I couldn't recall which model but that was before they taught me how to use it. Now I'm getting pretty good at...

From a SA perspective:

Parma = parmy

Kebabs & souvlaka = yiros

Milk bar = deli

And on sweet sweet beer:

Pint = 425ml

Imp pint = 560ml

Schooner = who knows (or cares), is small and designed for those who cannot handle pints

Hey mate! Yeah it has been a while. I had a lovely Peugeot turbo diesel for a while and on sold that to fund an overseas holiday. After that one I spent some time on w123 mercedes, owning a diesel sedan and now a wagon. Fantastic cars but I am now ready for something with a few more hp and all whee...
