Just had a look at my 1990 Brumby and it has the electronic type, no points.

Hey Steptoe, I've had a set of air horns for about a year for my Brumby and can't find room to fit them. Pics please ?

Yes indeed, been driving around for a few months now inc one trip to Bunbury (160km). The only extra thing to consider is extending the brake lines which I've done.

Recently had similar issues caused by faulty battery.

That's 2012's project so if you have parts lying around, give me a shout.

That's connected, turn on air cond and it increases the idle. Then hit the throttle and it moves further so the idle is way too fast (hope that makes some sense). Anyway, I've disconnected the vacuum advance and doesn't seem to be much of a problem and the fast idling is fixed so I'll leave it that ...

They were Khumo 27x8.5x14. Unfortuntely, the guards were going to need some serious mods to fit them even with the lift so I moved them on. I think they are running around Qld now. I'm currently running 195 14's.

Some of the experts might know, it has the quad headlights which seem a bit unusual.

Since I fitted a new Webber to the standard EA81 I've had no end of issues trying to get the idle right. Now it is perfect without the A/C off but when that is turned on and acceleration applied, it idles really fast (does 60kph in 4th with no acceleration). Turn A/C off and it slows right down agai...
