Thanks for the reply guys :) just an update on the car, i got my m8 too look at the car and he said its overheating cause it could be the thermostat, so we had a look and it was completely finished, I have purchased a new one with the gasket. Vortex Question

Hey everyone, I would like to know how to remove the window wiper motor from my 87 XT Vortex as it is has stopped working and I am trying to see if it can be fixed.

Hi everyone, I would like to know what type of spark-plug leads for my 1987 Subaru Vortex, its a standard EA82t engine and I am not sure what brand and how many I need, any help would be helpful.

Yer I think the same rule applies to Vic has the same rules about the going up 2 sizes up as well, but how easy would it be for me to change over the cross hub to a 5 stud option and would it be worth it if I do change it?

Subaru Vortex Stud pattern size?

Hi everyone I would like to know if anyone can tell me what the standard stud pattern size for a 1987 Subaru XT Vortex is?
And also would like to know if 17" (There 4 stud) rims that are 125mm apart would fit the standard Vortex?

Any information would be a great help

So the heads are most likely gone, are they easy to replace or the ea82? I didn't check if there where any bubbles in the radiator because I didn't want to touch the motor while it was hot, I'll have to go and check next week because the car is located at my uncles place. My m8 used a Clay bar from meguire's on his Ford TL50 and the results where amazing, not sure how he did it exactly but it did look good. I know I have to fix up my head lights on my Subaru so i'll give meguires tech wax a go the next time and i'll let you guys know how that turns up :)
