I overtook a guy at about 8pm a few weeks ago. He was doing just below the speed limit and he didn't like being over take nand had his high beams on behind me. Which European country/city is it that actually has no speed limits? I'm not talking about the German Autobahn, there is actually a city where people are trusted to go the speed they think is safe. basically its a rubber like thing that they spray on like you would paint due to that they can do whatever so you could have it beige with a black subaru emblem in the middle if you wanted
