Once I had the door cards off I decided to install some mdx speakers Ive had, and the donor interior was set up for rear speakers. Then I...

I wonder if a rhd wrx pedal box would cure the firewall issues. Its an easy mod, the wrx pedal box fits perfectly on the L series brake booster mounts, but I have a little bracing to do as it doesnt match the mounts under the steering column. And the pedals? cold feet:) An interesting solution to an...

Looks great so far !!

Do you guys have anyone handling the Empi line? A couple months ago I had to replace the front axles in the xt6. New axle assy's were about 53.00 and shipped to a local parts store overnight out of California at no charge.

Id be leary of grade 8 bolts. As I understand a grade 8 bolt has a very high tensile strength but a grade 5 bolt has a very high shear strength.

That was an interesting read Jonno, I just picked up the parts I need to convert my wagon to a 4 headlight setup figuring I could get much better headlamp bulbs, and I was prejudiced towards Hella Halogens. Looks like I have a bit of research to do now. Im also considering their relay placement too.

It worked out well :)...I received the package the next day and installed the motor, about 86.00 total including overnight shipping vs high 120.00's and state sales tax. The best part is I can get myself home at the end of the work week, its a long drive in the dark and we get plenty of rain.

I buy a fair amount of parts on line. Its convenient and usually at a good cost savings. Ive sourced parts from 3 continents for my wagon project, and also shipped to a few continents...unfortunatly one continent too many:confused:
