I thought all Gen II Brumby tanks would be the sa...

I have put in more than the 55 litres, closer to 58 or 59 litres and that was like sput, sput, and pushing empty Brumby to servo at night twice. The gauge indicated a needle thickness below the empty mark, pretty accurate I thought, but their characteristics do change - mine has in the past two week...

water in the throttle position sensor connection sockets can do similar things to what you describe

How would a standard road height Brumby go on Fraser Island ?

rudy project racing at Bathurst

Just before the start at Bathurst I saw a helmet with 'rudy project' text on a helmet visor. Is this ausubarus rudy project ? Or is rudy project something else , & I have missed it ?

Sweet...got my old beast on the road !!

How nice it is to get out of the agricultural Brumby and into a bucket (seat) designed in the sixties, rejigged in the eighties, give the loud pedal a squeeze and release the near 200 horsies loose on the 235-60' Yokies, poke along the highway

Rust in a subie ? Never !! The best repair I have seen for rust holes the size that appear in the corners of these is fibreglass and resin once rust cut or cleaned out. Mobile windscreen guys are good value when you want screen removed one time, give you time to repair and then get 'em back to finis...

If you have a 36mm socket for what I think you have it for, get a coupla half inch breaker bars - just in case. Many have broken 1/2 inchers

Better still get a 3/4" breaker bar and ensure the 36er is a 3/4 " hole

and then there is that certain size pin punch for cv shafts
