Yep Steptoe - if you do want to go to the trouble of getting some 'Brumby' badges made up, don't let me stop you. ( I might get pair myself ) Just haven't had the time or finances to do it. Just remember it's been released on a 'creative commons' licence, so you will need to acknowledge where you g...

unplugged ISP Mon, OE still works Friday ??
OK, this is weird or what ? I unplugged my dodongle on Monday in order to not go over my allowance coz then the over run rate costs almost ten fold ! Pulled it out without safe removal technique too !! OE is set to an dodo email, so is all the jargon inside, dodo even told me I would lose my dodo em...

gudgeon pin circlip install detail
just looking at a packet of gudgeon pin circlips from a set of Lazorlite pistons made in Japan by Toto Sangyosha. circa 1982 by the looks ! There is a diagram printed on them to indicate the circlips should be installed so that when looking at each pistons gudgeon pin through the blocks bung plugs y...

Nuts don't just drop off. I've had loose nuts that amplified when I had load of bricks on board and made bad noise that forced me to investigate. Same position for me too. Maybe Chrysler were smart in doing left hand threads on the left ? Your rear left wheel where it was parked at work - would it h...

WANT timing belt covers EA82
well, I need some or all of the covers and undercovers as it seems my latest score has overheated at some stage where the backing covers (is that an oxy-moron?) have drooped all over the backing bolts. Even the front centre plastic cover had to be ripped off its melted self. If you have a set of the...

If you can afford a single piece tailshaft it may eliminate untidy flat bar sitting underneath, avoids trying to line things up. I went single after a long time, the tube diameter was a little bigger and found lost fifth gear while in motion - a lump of weld was hitting on the shift lever as I went ...

well, if we can trust that naru found EA81T worked well with the EA82T vac can ...spoke to Mike of advance which is a father and son concern, I could send my good newish one to him to measure up for specs, so you would get an EA82T spec unit as in spring tensions etc. Says he could likely build you ...

Nice one mate. Another good website for L's is http://parts.subaru.com/ - an American site but part numbers are generally the same. I've guided Frog to the part I need with a part number from this site. It's so good for research for gear ratios etc but can be tedious. Also I'm not sure it covers th...

Good, What I saw in it was that the EA82T vac can and module will work in EA81T on the megajoltE I see they have up to 3 bar MAP sensor, so that should cover boost such as turbo. You may just be a pioneer doing an EDIS on EA81T I am wondering out loud if/how the MegajoltE EDIS can use a knock sensor...

Yes, feel much the same when I open my two book L Series manuals - the info is almost faultless. Better clear out your inbox Sam. Don't supose you have a part number for the EA81T stuff ? Or that might be on El-Freddo's link Glad it all worked out. What you gonna do about paying twice ? Wait for the...

Yep, completely understandable that the EA81T whole assy did not cross over to the EA82T but possibly the module inside is 4 pin and has a knock control module remote ? Your can measures up same so far as my EA82T can and I know that the guy in link above has rebuilt one for discopotato3 on here - t...
