As far as I remember, it was for an RB20 (ie - 2 Litre Six Cylinder) (yes, you read right, two litre six cylinder!) VL commodore - funnily enough, its an NZ specific model and never reached Oz. True? Hope this helps. I've seen some RB20 prototype engines as they were trailing them in 1980s at Lang ...

Part Number 1050002

You'll have to go to holden for that, I think they were somewhat between $14 - $16 per 443ml bottle.

Possible best way is to remove left and right side covers and line up the pointers up (on the cam pulleys) and see if left and right are both the same, if not then the belt has slipped over one or two or more teeths. Here is a picture of EJ22T engine (very much the same as EJ22 except turbo). http:/...

However, the LSD diff I have does not have stub axles attached by Torx bolts. Does anyone know how I can remove the stub axles? There is a 3mm hole down the c...

In Victoria, you do need an engineers cert if you put a "newer" engine in a "older" car, will require VicRoad's mechanic inspection plus engineer's cert on it to ensure its safe matching the chassis.

Redline Lightweight Shockproof in the gearbox, and Redline 75W90 gear oil in the LSD. I run both of these in my coupe and have found them to run quieter and in particular the gearbox selected easier and whined less. Where do you buy them and how much were they? Heard that Redline stuff is good but ...
