sadly, the emissions of the donor engine are supposed to remain with it in retrofits. I reckon things might be better if someone came up with a reinforced tub kit with trace paper to apply to a Forester, cut along the lines, bolt here, there and everywghere and hey presto! a Forester ute ! We got truck loads of them here in the UK £20 for the complete unit at most.

WWWWOOOOOOHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ! Just found out earlier today that the UK outlet for the stand alone for the EE20 is just.........10 miles away from where I live !!!!! Also have had a tip of where to buy (at sensible money) the donor engine / box / diff / looms from. hehehehehehe...
