Enjoyed (if thats the right word?) following this thread. So many do,s and donts but very informative. My truck runs really fast on tickover and adjust as I might it wont change. yes my mistake on words :-) same wheelbase , longer bed. It seems that they were for the Finnish market and yes LHD. I would love to know the reasoning behind it though , definetly why ???? Birth certificate for Subie,s ..Possible ???

Besides having an interest in Subaru,s I am also interested in Older Utes. On a couple of these I have obtained factory records of their build dates in the form of a certificate and/or printout. I know Australian vehicles have (or used to have ?) the build date on an attached plate under the bonnet....

Hmmm now thats interesting :rolleyes: That pic is one I found of a pickup in Holland. Strangly although I have searched a bit in Holland Germany Scandinavia etc I can find no further pics or mention of MVBRUMBYBRATS , they were however sold in Israel ..... "MO"

Giles , I bought that tailgate on ebay , looks to be in good nick. Still need a few more bits (ashtray , window winder handle etc , would also like to try and find the trim I mentioned ,Also are those wheels wider than standard or just my imagination ? see here....
