2000 model is inbetween OBDII and the old plugging of the connectors together under the drivers footwell. (my liberty has both)

try disconnecting the battery for afew minutes. (of course if theres a problem, the light will continue to illuminate)

New lseries kyb 2wd front struts

Hey guys,

Selling a new pair of kyb 2WD front struts for a lseries.

They've travelled less than 5km.

The brake line clips have been cut for easy installation/removal.

$100 firm.

id get the knock diagnosed properly before you spend anymore money on it. If its knocking due to bearings, the motor may still last a little while, but theres a significant chance it'll die quickly. Ive heard of subarus throwing pistons out through fenders (unsure of the validity of this though!) of...

killed your main bearings most likely!

easiest and cheapest thing would be to find a second hand motor and do a swap.

Exhaust leak perhaps? At speed there's a vacuum created under the car which might cause the smell.

How odd.
Bonnet would have come open at speed. You can see the massive dent where it hit the top of the windscreen. Also the roof is dented similarly
