Good luck with finding a good one Seth. I have had mine for 6 months now and drive the missus mad as I am always doing something to it. Next project is finding a decent set of wheels for it, ongoing. They are great little runabouts and as economical as all get out, I only use 8.5 lt per 100kms aroun...

Further development on the UFOwheels.com China connection. The maximum offset available with the 14 x 6 wheel is a +18mm. Standard Brumby with 13 x 5.5 " factory Sunny's is a + 42mm. Difference of 24mm + 12mm additional rim width would see a tyre on the front sticking out beyond the guard edge which...

Guys when I start the Brumby in the mornings and afternoon after work the first 2 seconds when she fires I get a knock which sounds like big ends, which then goes away and the thing just ticks over Has got 287K on it and running 20w 60 Penrite HPR Diesel oil on their recommendation. Yes Ben, it's the tyre size that is doing it. To get a near accurate speedo reading you would have to be on 185 60 14's or 195 55 14's iwhich you can't get. That of course would negate the whole idea of increasing the ride height which is what you are after. It's all about rolling circumference of th...

LOW WATER ALARm
Guys, Fishing around under the dash of my recently acquired 92 Brumby found a thing called AQUALERT, traced the wiring back through a relay and around top of radiator to a dead end so I pulled the whole thing out. Apparently it is a low water in the radiator alarm only thing missing far as I can gat...
