considering that suppliers to certain brand names may change from time to time . the repco branded ones I put in 8 years and 100,000km ago in my Brumby have served me well so far. Surprised myself actually going on past experiences !

just been looking at my EA82 NA pulley on the kitchen table. There is no keyway so would need some attention to fit it with holes from a belt drive cog and spring roll pins to keep it in place, two off-set so only goes back on one way. Did you do anything to prevent the pulley from realignment probl...

Thanks Doug :) for the trivia buffs the EA82 flywheel on the shed flor (taking up valuable sace :( ) has 116 teeth on the ring gear, so a flywheel crank sensor idea would be out. Sitting on the kitchen table the last month has been a solid EA82 crank puley. It was joined by a cam wheel last night. 3...

I was thinking if one went of the L Series tail shaft and copied its length and not allow for the assumed kink at the centre bearing it should be a smidge shorter .....
I have flat bar centre bearing mount and it looks a bit rough :(

that is some hoard you have built up over the years Adam!

no EA82 stuff at all ?
I got an EA82T off you back in Aug, 27th 9 years ago , quietest smoothest EA82T ever even though unbeknown to you it only had 60 psi in one pot - yet was so strong. Still hoarded awaiting autopsy :)

OK, so it was fine before you fixed it ? Having found more blown out vac can diafragems than good ones , wondering if you are sucking raw air via the dizzy cavity making a lean start condition? I have had it the other way boost pressure feeding gas vapours into the dizzy, catch a spark from the roto...
