Re: Fiori points Dizzy conversion

Thanks Subyroo

I was stunned when I tried to buy a second hand Sambar dizzy from Japan $280 US dollars before import duties. :(

$75 dollars for an MH Barina Dizzy was much better.

Re: Fiori points Dizzy conversion

Thanks Bennie hopefully this will solve the EJ dizzy problem for me as I'm going that way again with Nannadan.

Hopefully it may solve problems for Fiori and Sambar owners as well

Fiori points Dizzy conversion

this is to convert a 4 cylinder Fiori points dizzy to an electronic ignition dizzy. This is way cheaper than trying to import a sambar electronic dizzy from Japan. it is also a great way to make an Electronic dizzy for an EJ carby Engine. make sure you have 2 separate containers for the parts of eac...

Re: Fitting a weber

14l should get 140km minimum your carby is over fueling very badly. first thing you need to do is get the right jets, not just primary and secondary jets but the primary and secondary idle jets as well. then you need the correct air bleed screws and emulsion tubes. after that you need to get the cor...

Re: Fitting a weber

if the coolant line is still connected leave it.

Coolant flows from either head through the manifold via a coolant channel.

I must ask did you get a Weber with the correct jets and venturis?

Looking really good!!! I noticed though that the cone in that rear disc was sitting out. I hope you did all of your castellated nuts up on the CV shafts to "I stood on the 4 foot long breaker bar after I did the nut up as tight as I possible could" otherwise you risk failure of all of your wheel bea...

Re: Brumby/Leone Power Steering Replacement

Having seen one of these racks apart, it isn't putting it back together that is the problem. finding the correct seals is the issue. the later model racks are wider and cause steering geometry and bump stop problems. I have seen people use the electric steering column with a manual rack out of an En...
