2" Lift 2003 Subaru Legacy

I intend to lift my 2003 Subaru by 2 inch without loosing functionality and performance.
Therefore I am looking for a Shock spacer with Camber adjust
I think I might need to drop the drivetrain to eleviate the CV angle.

Please advise what is available and how much it will cost delivery to Brisbane 4009
