Post by khanacross » Sat Sep 11, 2010 9:39 am

hi all ,probally a stupid question ,but has any one tried to fit L series front panels ,gaurds bonnet , on a 'MY' brumby ? i have a bent gaurd on my brumby and it appears L series panels are easier to get then my ones ,,, just a thought .... would make for a unusual looking brumby ... any thoughts ? thanks khanacross:confused:

L series guards are longer and the bonnet is wider than the MY

panel gaps at the doors and windscreen are different as well it would take a tonne of fabrication to do

Why?

Ford XD have about the same chance of fitting - but with 50hrs of panel beating to make them fit, sure, they will just bolt no worries

Or you can buy the correct panels from a salvage yard for $30
