You didn't happen to be in Lakes Entrance a week or two ago did you? I vaguely remember seeing a silver foz with plates like this from NSW but couldn't spot any forum stickers + I was at work and hat to keep moving...

My most favourite of all on a "hot" purple VL commodore with road grime from last millennium read OMGVLT!

Classic, and it ran like a dog too but looked like it may have once been a decent VL turbo.

Cheers

Was heading along a highway oneday and a mercedes AMG blasted past me with the numberplates HIS-AMG, Then about 30 seconds later another AMG flew past with HER-AMG. haha couldn't imagine the amount of money they forked out for those.. but then i guess, if your both driving a $120,000 car.... :S

Yesterday at the Cockburn Central Shopping Centre I saw a new white Hyundai with blue private plates - GOLF BALL

The vehicle was very clearly hail damaged in the infamous storm that decimated the stocks of new vehicles on the lots. Hence the hail damage sales that raged on for months.

Perhaps the $ they saved on the purchase price was put towards the private plates

We've had a number of personalised plates when we lived in Darwin - as they were quite cheap up there.

On my '86 RX Turbo I had: 'RX'.

Wish I had kept one of those to put with the rest of my collection.......... (The guy I sold the car to asked if I wanted one, but silly me declined.)

Not funny exactly, but a mate (in the ACT) has the same plate on his hilux and on his bike. I never knew that they would issue the same plate to two separate vehicles, even different types.
