Not sure where that one came from but Walliston Steel Products will make up new alloy ones to what ever design you like.

its a very early heavy duty subaextreme bar. only a couple were made. 6mm alloy
they then went on to make only 12 of the "sports" bar of which I have one. 3mm ally with a steel subframe
the bar in that picture was involved in a big acco at one stage. wrote the other car off nicely. the bar was repaired and you can't tell it was ever damaged.

well there ya go
yeh paul you must have got a bargain.
we had a few different ally bars made through my old work and they always ranged between 1100 and 2000. with most being the middle to upper end of the scale for the nicely made ones.
i do like the look of that bar

totally agree its the best looking liberty i've seen and basically my guide as to where i want to take mine obviously i few different things.. and would it be much cheaper to have it built in a steel or something lighter but with out the pretty finish as i'd like it powder coated black compared to the chrome alloy...El_Freddo wrote:I like the look of the whole package. That's one awesome looking liberty!
