He is unsure about how to do it but I have plenty of confidence in his ability.
He wants to try an easier part, probably behind passenger rear wheel monday after work just to get a feel for it.

Well with all the cutting and welding out of the way, I have burn marks on my fore arms and neck from falling spatter and a warm fuzzy from doing the job myself.
Blasted some surface rust from a front guard and slapped some paint on to seal it up.
re fitted the guard, mud flap headlight surrounds and front grill, it looks like a car again.
Rear CV shaft inner joint has been cleaned out, new grease and SH boot fitted.
She has Halogen bulbs in the head lights "WOOHOO" they are realy bright too.
New elchepo seat covers from REPCO $25 for front and rear and they match the grey interior.
Got a UHF on special from again REPCO, which is nearly too good to go in this old wagon, I may swap it for the one in the Outback yet.
Still have a few small things to do like rear wiper water squirter and fit a front bumper cause I sold it. "DOH" and she needs new wiper rubbers.
I can take a front bumper from the Brumby I have at Bucca, the squirter I can get from Les and the wipers are easy from an auto shop.

That's a gimme! "On the road again"! Well done mate!

Worth the effort in the end - it doesn't seem like it took you long to get it sorted!

Yer she is registered and driving Bennie.
Quick question.
Can 2" strut spacers be fitted without having to fit crossmember blocks. This is the same as a Brumby.

Now this is livin, camera batterys went flat..
Our daughter loved the bumps on the beach except when we got airborne, our Son thought it was great especialy when we chased the seagulls and both of them laughed heaps when we tried to out run a golden retriever, the dog had us for a while till we got onto harder sand.

Well they can be fitted with a bit of stuffing around.
Had to undo the radius arm rods and put a 6mm spacers in to get the right lenght though.

Bennie the black is only pressure pack "saturn black", it dont get any rougher.

Steptoe we tried diggin a hole but it just kept caving in all the time.

Slapped on an old bull bar I had laying around too.
