Bugger mate, The cheapest option I reckon is to get other fender and put it on yourself. Should cost around $100 and take 30mins to do with some sockets and spanners.
Then a used headlight which is probably $100 or there abouts. 15mins to install yourself.

I'd leave the bumper for now if I were you, it isn't that bad.

Real bummer though, sorry to hear!

A sad sight for sure. I'm with taza a new fender and light and it would look almost right again, just hope there isn't alot of damage to the frame underneath.
Will it ever end!?

thank you so much for all your support!

well...
ive drawn a little diagram.
Image
Ive went to pull a u-turn and she had her indicator on and looked to be slowing down so i assumed (never assume. ever!) she was doing a u turn also. so ive pulled out and she cleaned me up. im so lucky its driveable.
ive cleaned it up a little bit so i can to and from work for now.
Image
The chassis is fine, and there is minor crumpling on the frame where the battery is mounted.

her car got towed but i hope for all hell it was only towed because the radiator popped.

insurance companys are deciding whether ill be covered at all so i have to get quotes done and after its all sorted. ill hunt parts down. ill keep in touch with you 90brumby just incase i dont have any luck with parts here.

Before we focus on repairs, jump onto LegalSevices SA.

You are very exposed here, and a free early legal opinion is a good place to start.

yeah ill have to look into it cam, the bumper is cut up so i can drive to and from work.

insurance company is trying to help if they can, no one was hurt and her insurance covers everything. so everything is under control. i just feel so embarrassed driving it around, thinking of rego'ing my ute to drive.

Not sure about that - her company will look after her damage, sure, but not yours.

Then her company will seek recovery from your insurance company, or more likely, you.

If your (I guess) parents policy does not cover <25 yo drivers, on the face of it, you are still exposed.
