Could take some time, I have over 4000 photos... Not all off TradeMe, they're from all over including a lot from this site.subabooba wrote:Look forward to hearing more steptoe!
Wow look at the price of that RX!!!!!! You need to put your collection up on the web somewhere KiwiL!!
Here's one of the quad-carb engine, I think.

It does look like a quad-carb setup. Pretty nuts. Be a b!tch to tune. Asking price was $5000 at the time! God I wish I had been a couple of years older and/or had some money back then so I could actually have bought it...
Also, there's an NZTA certification plate on the drivers' side firewall, indicating this was probably registered and legal with the engine swap and coilovers.

Genuine 80s rally coilovers by the looks of things

Paint in pretty average nick.

Here's the NZ carjam report for that RX with the rally engine. http://www.carjam.co.nz/car/?plate=le7243
Judging by the jump in kms I'd guess that was when the engine swap was done.
*Edit - I just realised that the TradeMe ad is still up. Link is here: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... =693950113

Could be an idea for Silverbullet, whip a couple of IDFs onto his EA81S... That would go well!
