Snapped bolt for 2" lift kit on brumby

Hi everyone, firstly I'd like to say thanks for being apart of this forum. I've got an insane amount of info on all sorts of topics. If anyone can help me out on this next problem though that would be grand!
I have a 2" lift on my Brumby I've just bought and I've found that one of the rear passenger side 2"lift block is missing. I have the block and I've been to a fastener to got the bolt required. However, it looks as if the previous owner has already had a crack at trying to get the old snapped bolt out of the thread that's apart of the body as there's a snapped drill bit in it. I can't get this puppy out either so I'm hoping that someone may have an idea to get this old bolt out or maybe even if I start doing some welding and maybe make something else up. Also how to I get these rubber bump stops out near rear suspension. Still trying to figure out posting pictures so hopefully I can show the sitcho of what's going down. Thanks in advance for any input!

Where in the body is the snapped bolt?

can you get to the encapsulated nut from the top?

If that is possible then you could remove the nut and damaged bolt and mig a new one in

You could mig a stud in place where the broken bolt is and then use a nut to bolt the kit up to the stud.

Not sure why but my photos are coming out sideways from my library but if you tilt your head the right way you can see it's completely sealed. Once I rectify this problem, should I strengthen this rig by welding steel between the two blocks?

If the car is mobile, you could take it to Dr Bolt in Welland, they should be able to do it for pretty cheap. You can also call them out and they will come and remove it for you, but that is a bit more expensive.

Great idea JP, it drives fine without it (but obviously the other block is taking more pressure atm) so I'll give the doc a crack. Or atleast see what they have to say. Nice, would much rather not get too extreme and start welding up some funky rig. \m/

Haha, funny story... Thought you meant Wellard in WA, anyway I'm sure there's someone in Perth that does something similar.
