14 inch rims in hobart
14 inch rims in hobart
Hi all, I will be in Hobart in a few weeks time and am looking to pick up a set of 14 inch rims for 93 L series. Prefer steel, don't mind Peugeot rims.
ROH told me they don't sell rims to suit & I've been told Speedy rims tend to crack.
Alternatively, anyone know a Peugeot wrecker in Hobart where I could try to pick up a set?
Cheers in advance

Have you tried Pugwreck in Bayswater, Vic ?

Weird, never heard or seen that, and we've got a lot of speedy steelies here. About 21 to be correct.zuba wrote:& I've been told Speedy rims tend to crack.

Thanks, I'll try pugwreck, was also told to try caravelle imports as well.
The reference to the cracking rims came from a wrecker who dabbles in Subies himself and he always sends speedies to the recyclers due to visible and invisible cracks possibly causing fractures. One bloke he told me about had the entire centre come away on the nullarbor.
