Well to cut a long story short we didn't end up buying it. The rust that was in it was a lot worse than we were led to believe. Doors and panels I could live with but it was in the turret very badly and around the boot quite badly. The dash was, well, stuffed. The indicator stalk was gone completely and the indicators were on a toggle switch that was just taped to the steering column.
I didn't even bother to lift the bonnet or start the car. Simply not worth the effort. I don't like seeing oldies like that wrecked but that is pretty much all it is good for.

Is this what you’re after GTlegs? Careful though he seems to have advertised it twice on ebay without realising.GTlegs wrote:You know guys, this is the exact car I am looking for (per the old forum), only in a sedan form. Just dont seem to find one in Melbourne.

Great. Thanks for that. Is anyone in Brissy able to have a quick look at this car perhaps? Looking for rust and smoke mostly. ThanksLTurbo wrote:Is this what you’re after GTlegs? Also, how much do you recon freight to Melbourne might cost?
