Questions about wrx brumby conversion

I'm at the midway point in an EJ20/Brumby conversion right now. Engine, 'box, propshaft and driveshafts are in.

The turbo is now sitting right next to the brake reservoir - is a heatshield required? Imagining that thing will melt pretty quickly...

Next up is the cooling system - I've opted for a top-mount air intercooler plus a scoop from an Impreza due to the lack of space in there. Right now the standard Brumby radiator remains in the car - is this up to the job of cooling the EJ20? Somehow I doubt it, but I'd welcome any advice.
