Is this Will's Outback with the turbo engine?

Indeed it is.

Put my seats/tyres gave it a wash/cleaned inside/ Fixed some minor engine issues.

Scrubbed nicely, just gota sort the head gasket at some stage, though its actually not as bad as i initially thought.

The AFM is also dodgy so need another one.
Its a 3 plug purple label if any one has one :P???

Brake hoses

Post by FujiFan » Wed Jan 08, 2014 12:49 am

New front brake hoses for the wagon, Teflon, braided etc.
[img][/IMG]

These have made a small but worthwhile improvement. Would like to upgrade master cylinder and come up with a brace to stop firewall flexing in the area of the booster/mc....

Oil vapor catch can (separator, whatever the correct term is) . Hoses need some tidying up though, esp the AN- fittings ;)

renewed sump gasket, and cleaned out the sludge and left insides spotless on my 188,000km EA82M projects sump pan. Guaranteed to have clean oil on the dipstick now !

I unpacked something this weekend, I have waited a long time to get a hold of.
An analogue sports dash with a pristine dash pad!! OMG and only 108,000 on the clock, the poor donor car had obviously been garaged its entire existence, until it met its untimely demise at a wrecker down south. Waited 6 weeks for it to be pulled, packed and sent. Was worth it, what do you think??

Thanks Nacha Luva!
Unfortunately SB it was a manual but not 4wd :( but I couldn't knock it back
as they are so hard to find in this (or any) condition!!
You might hate this next bit...it came from a Subie wrecker in Adelaide!!!
I spotted it on gumtree and had to bite the bullet (not silver,) for freight.

Whaaaat?? Damn I really missed out  Wasn't subareck was it? I asked them for exactly one of these twice before Xmas, said they'd have it no problem and never called me back :(

Well even if it's just from a manual I'm pretty sure you can add 4WD lights to it, as was my plan when (if) I find one.

Why I should not Drink

Post by Kalbarri_baru » Tue Jan 28, 2014 7:37 pm

Now here is a sober thought (pardon the pun here) I have found a reason why Alcohol and the internet do not mix, I could ramble on but pictures speak louder than words.......... See Below..............

1. Do not try to take size dimensions whilst under the influence of amber liquid (trust me it does not work).
Image

2. Do not click the pay now button whilst under the influence of amber liquid, as again this can be a bad idea when the courier arrives.
Image

Now incase you are some what confused by this (You must be under the influence of amber fluids) I am trying to replace my main 330CCA starting battery with this big blue marine 100Ah 730CCA battery, (OOOOOPPPPSSSS).

Image
Not gonna happen, well at least I replaced my 60A Alternator with a Bitsamisshi 77A Alternator today, just have to wait until a sober day to buy another main battery............

Cheers

Aaaaaawwwwww man just read the fine print on the Alternator and it states 77A Max output under full load but it is a 50A rated alternator, so now I have actually dropped 10A than on my original 60A Hitachi alternator, I should be posting this under (What did you do to un improve your soobie today).

Just sent a please explain to the Company that advertised it on the internet, this really sux as I was sober when this was purchased.

Oh and just done an oil and filter change.

Cheers
