Just watching The Truman Show (I know...) and there was an L-Series that came on the beach to capture someone that was trying to tell Truman the truth...

The L drove on to the beach and out over a sand dune, no worries as predicted! LOL!

Almost no point in me watching TV never seem to remember what I was watching ...like last night Tues 22nd Jan on a freeview network, a movie or an hour long serial - a car chase ? maybe just traffic ?? a what looked like a red 2 door L series with a GI , GL, maybe a GT badge on the side, just back from the door.

Maybe it was 2 1/2 men - that'd make it a half hour plot to recall :) The episode for those that may have it in their collection, involved a trial move out of Jon Cryers character so Ashtons character could shift his girlfriend and daughter in for a week ??

Shocking .......

I saw that too and have wondered why I don't remember seeing it previously. They seemed to have jumped a lot of vehicles - some that I remember, some I don't (like the foz).

Good add though!

Cheers

Not set a good example for us eh ?

So, nobody has said they spotted a single headlight white MY parked in the street on an ad lately..... when I saw it , thought ooh, ooh then realised it is a longer ? modified version of the Subaru car wash ad for the XV

There was a movie on the teeve Thursday night, one word title ^^ no idea right now  - 90 minutes into its commercial laden view, characters were crossing a street from left of screen to right, about to enter a building and we see the back end of an MY wagon, browny colour.

EDIT: found a paper with a guide - movie was Housesitter 1992 with Goldie and Steve

Ghost is another to host a Subaru shot. About 35 mins into it when Swayze is in the street, looks across at Ota Mays' fortune telling shopfront. On his side you see the LHS back end of a nice shiny red L Series wagon. Further into it when I think [droll] Demi is in a cawfee shop with Ota May, there looks to be the front of a white MY sedan parked outside the window in the street.

Lifestyle channel on cable TV has a show called 'River cottage Australia'.
Based in Bermagui NSW where a bloke shows you how to grow vegies, raise animals and cook fantastic meals.
His well worn farm ute is a white, quad light Brumby!
