is this the same as the old way , copy Mikes post ect ?

To buy sell trade or swap you do it all the same way. Click on the classifieds link in the menu bar. On the new page that opens click on Submit new adthen follow the prompts.

It is entirely up to the seller if they want to use Mikes template.
