Hi all, thinking of selling my L wagon and upgrading to a liberty and wanted to get an idea of what id get for my L first. So heres some specs...

1986 EA82 carby 222xxxkm
5sp manual (new gearbox has done just under 90000km)
14" desert rats
new tyres
new cv's
new suspension
new rotors up front (pads have a bit left in them yet)
new shoes up back (freshly machined drums)
new tyres
new exhaust system about 6 months ago
new clutch about 6 months ago
tinted windows (30%)
central locking
roof racks
air con
alpine head unit with direct ipod connection
alpine 4" speakers in front, 6" in the back
i have receipts for everything ive done

the paintwork has some keying but other than its pretty good, minimal rust
theres some other stuff that i got replaced but cant remember off hand. ive always run premium through it since i got it a year ago. changed oil every 5000km and the engine doesnt miss a beat. to give you an idea the most ive gotten out of a tank is 850km but most of the time itll give 700-750km.

feel free to ask any q's
let me know what u think :D

thanks fellas

By the sound of that "new parts" list I reckon you should be keeping it!

hmmm maybe ill just put another engine in it. but i dont know a great deal about that and thought itd be easier to just by a liberty...

if i go with a new engine for example, how much would an ej20 or 22 set me back and which do u guys think is better?

thanks again boys
