I am not one to drive my Lturbo (not you Thomas) around foot to the floor, partly for discretion, but twice in the last week I've thought "Yeah, give it a bit, no one's around" . Well, earlier in the week down a straight stretch with really no escape I've snorted [not making pig jokes due to the 'flu] my way towards ..YIKE !! a Doughnut Fest. Four highway pursuit cars and half a dozen bikes - all with blue lights !! None were attended thankfully due to the festivities

. Then again this arvo, pull out of a servo and rip into it towards an 80 zone and just over the rise is a pair of Cops are Tops both looking my way from the roadside, already 'attending' to a motorist, GULP..backed off and just burbled past them in my old poobox looking L sedan [complete with low power LPG stickers] , with my best impression of a straight faced innocent.

Pissa! One of these day's you'll have a cop that pulls you over while attending to another vehicle - He'll probabily want to check under the bonnet, then chat to you about your car, the cars he's had in the past that used to be a pocket rocket... Then he'll probabily let you off and tell you to have a good day. After all that you'll remember that you were in a hurry for some reason (like a loss of license court hearing
)...
Take care mate!
Cheers
