Vortex owners do not wanna read this....

Post by steptoe » Sun Sep 06, 2009 11:26 am

In my travels I occasionally see the odd Vortex, well the same two actually. Last night I spotted one very shy maroon one in very good original exterior condition including silver steelies and must be FWD only. It was parked in same old spot under dodgy govvie flats, parked in a little further to avoid the leaking shower grate from above, covered in dust and an UGLY big canary sticker addressed to the owner threatening removal within 7 days of 3.9.09 unless it is registered or identified and removed by owner. These vehicles if collected by the authorities that do not care of the owners well being end up being practised on by rescue squads and crushed. I am gonna think about leaving my own rescue sticker on it and hope owner is still alive, still living there and needs to aprt with it cheaply. It may take my troubled electrics L series 4WD turbo running gear nicely :) but the boot's are a bit tight on space for my LPG bottle:(

just get a tow truck and tow it away then try to find the owner if there is one .
u can find it at rego .
all is there a copper on here that can look it up for u .
as some times it can work .
or go to the coppers and see if thay can find the onwer for as the car is park in your drive way and u need it moved .
that is before u tow it or after if u move it then u try to find the owner i think that wood be ok .
what do the rest of u all think .
i think just door nok at wear it is .And if u can not find the onwer just tow it away and try to find the onwer .
as u need to doc if u want to get rego on it .

Hey steptoe, would you consider selling me the Clutchpack LSD out of it?

Cheers

it has gone, leaving typical oil stain underneath. A positive sign is it has gone and the other canaied poo boxes done on same day are still there.Hope it has gone to good owner, wrecker or storage.

Ah - I understand now.

How are your car problems? Are you at a stage now where you no longer want your car to be towed away? ;)
