There are some in for sale if you look. What are you looking for in a vortex to start with? Turbo 4x4? Fwd?
The latter are easier to find
. I own 1 and a half lol

You could get a fwd and convert to 4x4 with wagon parts if you can't get one standard like that

It was and it was an easy repair :p

I brought it for my daughter who is going for her license at the moment but she doesn't want it cause she says it has only 2 doors and she can't take all of her friends to the movies in it. I later found out she thought it looked ugly!! I just about disowned her on the spot. My son said her liked it and would do him just fine... That's my boy :-D

Yes and no... lots of work. I did one ages ago and found it didn't have threaded nuts in the body to hold the suspension work. I'd recommend you check for threads were they need to be or buy a 4wd one.

Got a mate with 4 of them:rolleyes:

If it's got a sunroof, make sure you take it out & have a really good look around it, as the drain holes are prone to block up (they're also not at the lowest point:rolleyes:) causing rust.

Can be fixed though & it's not structural.

nice photochop, you'll never get one that low though, unless you want to remove the suspension completely:p

lol yea ... to drop her on her guts like that it would need some kind of airbag suspension so it can be lifted to drive it.

I used to have a V8 UC Torana that was so low, a couple of times the crossmember hit man hole covers in the road.

That was no suspension, just welded a bar in there so i could drag the thing onto the trailer to get rid of it!

My real car looks like a 4wd atm, needs some slamming!
