same, it got up to 4 grand last time and didnt reach the reserve. nice piece of kit though.

4 grand? pffff
i know it'll cost way more than that to build it to that from scratch, but it's not as if it's a desired drag car like an old mazda rx3, not very quick (although there is potential since it's a stocko engine), but for it to be a decent single digit racer, a lot of money needs to be spent - and if someone wanted to do that, they wouldnt use that car

thing sold for $1820. i bid $1795 just before the auction closed.
