Hi
Look what I have been lucky enough to pick up to add to my collection. I think this one is beauty. Couldn't resist. The condition of it is really good and we took it for a roadworth test straight from purchase and one thing it did need was a new or repaired drivers side seat. The rest was minimal little bits and pieces. I have up loaded some pics.
It appears that the car has been garaged all it's life with no rust on any of the car.
It is a locally purchased car from new and has had two registered owners. With 215,000k's on clock.

Hi
FWD - Non Turbo. We believe what we have paid for it was very cheap. Not sure if we will road rego it or club rego at this stage. Any ideas what it would be worth?? Not that I am thinking at this stage of selling it.
Cheers
Marcus

Thanks.
We are thinking of club registering it and driving it on special occasions.
Any idea of what the average value of them would be? for insurance purposes?

To quote the sales rep in the movie The Caste "hard to say"

I see in Redbook they aren't worth a hell of a lot due to their age but I think they are worth gold in good condition but I do have a soft spot for the old girls

C'mon now, if you go by a local wreckers value of his rat or posssum infested, rotted dashboard, full of leaves, engine left to sit for years with spark plugs out exposing - allowing cylinders to breathe.... discs rusted up, faded but complete bodywork including the 4$00 spare wheel - he wants 8 or $900 for it. Saw a 4WD turbo version looks like yours sell for $2k some time back.
I am sold on the exterior looks, always have trouble with the cockpit....what do they weigh ? any idea?
